Body Language Explained
Reading body language is something all of us do, consciously and unconsciously. Occasionally it can be a great deal of fun, I’m confident we could all agree that the art of flirting is an enormously entertaining diversion. Because flirting is a very famous and powerful area for body language, along with the fact that its something we can all relate to, I’m going to discuss the meaning and role of eye contact in this area.
Non-Verbal Body Language
Body language is really a type of non-verbal communication, also known as a para-language. It accounts for almost all of any human interaction, and surprisingly, a study at UCLA considered that non verbal body language cues account for over 93% of the total number of communication in a given conversation.
Consequently, the next time somebody gives you an “uneasy” sensation, or perhaps you walk away feeling uplifted or attracted, pay close attention to what you picked up from his/her body language. The 1st step to realising the reasons you might have a hunch about a person, or a particular feeling, would be to recognize that while you were consciously engaging in verbal communication, another communication (a far more reliable one) had been going on unconsciously under the surface.
It is frequently said that the eyes are a mirror unto the soul. I can not help but wonder if whoever chose to spread this specific truism had a sophisticated understanding of neuro linguistic programming, because actually it is unquestionably true in terms of body language.
